Bold, rich and naturally sweet, our Dark Roast Coffee Honey is a special collaboration between Davis Acres Dancing Bees and Ember & Lore of Fowlerville, Michigan.

Our raw Michigan honey is infused in small batches with Ember & Lore's dark roast Sumatra coffee beans, creating a deep, full bodied coffee flavor balanced by the smooth sweetness of honey.

Stir into coffee or tea, drizzle it over toast, pancakes, oatmeal or use it to add a bold coffee note to baking, marinades and glazes.
